Tallulah Fest is dubbed one of the wildest parties in the Southeast. April 9th, 2016 will host the the 7th fest and yet again kayakers, rafters, and onlookers will converge on the Tallulah Gorge and brave their skill against the infamous class V Tallulah River


Every year droves of kayakers and adventure seekers flock to the infamous Tallulah Gorge for class V paddling. If you have the skills and huevos the gorge is one of the biggest thrills in the South East. For less experienced kayakers and rafters, the Chattooga river is also a great option with commercial outfitters.

Tallulah Fest has some of the best whiskey drinking, boot stomping, hand clapping lineup of handmade music anywhere in the southeast. The Kalob Griffin Band, a Philadelphia based five-piece Americana rock band with Dylan like lyrics and southern soul will open up for the Darnell Boys.

Kayakers, rafters, hikers, musicans, and the like congregate at Tallulah Fest to exchange war stories, listen to good music and watch the best kayaking videos of the year. Tallulah Fest is a stay & play festival - come for the kayaking and music, stay for the camping and hiking. Set with a back drop of world class white water, miles of hiking and biking trails, some of the best fishing in the south, and minutes from another world class river, the Chattooga.
